CESSATION OF PERFORMANCES UNTIL APRIL 30

Due to the increasingly serious pandemic situation, we have canceled all events effective immediately through April 30 (tentatively), in accordance with the general order issued by the health authorities on March 15, 2020.

You can receive a refund for tickets you have already purchased (minus the booking fee) at the respective ticket outlet.

It is still uncertain when we will be able to resume our events. We have set up a section on our website where we will keep you constantly updated on the latest developments: Coronavirus FAQ

The start of the semester has also had to be postponed. Our facility will remain largely closed until April 20 (tentatively), and our staff are working from home almost without exception. In the meantime, please direct any questions regarding events to [veranstaltungen@hfmt-hamburg.de](mailto:veranstaltungen@hfmt-hamburg.de). In addition, the front desk will be staffed for emergency operations and can be reached at 040-428 482 200.

The current situation represents a profound disruption to life at our university. Without the opportunity to practice, rehearse, and perform together, a large part of our work has come to a standstill, with consequences for our students that are difficult to predict. Nevertheless, it is unquestionably our responsibility to act in solidarity and fulfill our duty of care.

We look forward to the time when we can meet again without worry and experience cultural events together!
