Er wurde in Perth, Westaustralien, geboren und lebt derzeit in Hamburg, Deutschland. Als Posaunist ist Will Pethick bereits mit Musikern wie Michael Bolton und James Morrison aufgetreten und hat sich in der globalen Musikszene schnell einen Namen gemacht. Nach seinem Musikstudium an der „James Morrison Academy of Music“ und der „Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts“ studiert Will Pethick im Masterstudiengang an der Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg.

Jair Gonzalez Quintet
Inspired by the diverse Colombian landscapes and the creative and free spirit of Jazz: that is how Jair Gonzalez creates his music. His compositions seek to highlight the value and unique personality of the music of Latin America and how these sounds are adapted to the improvisational languages of Jazz and his instrument, the double bass.
