Scholarships

In addition to the scholarships for all students, there are special scholarships aimed at international students.  Applications can be submitted at the beginning of each semester, and the selection is made by HfMT's International Working Group (AKI). The offer varies from year to year, so we recommend an individual consultation at the International Office.

• Leistungsstipendium: Merit scholarship of the Hamburg authority for science, research and equality. Students with outstanding achievements
• Abschlussstipendium des Deutschen Akademischen Austauschdienstes (DAAD): Completion scholarship of the DAAD, funded by the German Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs - for students who plan to graduate in the current or the next semester
• Stipendium für besonders engagierte Studierende: Scholarship for highly committed and helpful students, funded by the German Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs - for students who are particularly committed to help others and have good language skills
