The Young ClassX's MusikMobil has been on tour for Hamburg schoolchildren since 2010. Since then, it has taken almost 3,000 pupils from their schools to one of Hamburg's many cultural institutions. In the MusikMobil, the pupils are introduced to the respective topic through music education during the trip - and this is where you come in!
The MusikMobil seminar is a cooperation project between the HfMT and The Young ClassX (www.theyoungclassx.de). It offers students the opportunity to gain practical experience with pupils in the field of music education. Not only do you have the opportunity to learn and try out music education methods - from body percussion to singing games - in many exciting workshops with lecturers from Hamburg's cultural institutions (e.g. the Hamburg State Opera, the Elbphilharmonie or the NDR), but we also send you directly into the field. As our MusikMobil educators, you will accompany a school class on a trip to an event organized by The Young ClassX's cooperation partners, e.g. the Hamburg Symphony Orchestra, the Hamburg Philharmonic State Orchestra, the NDR Big Band, the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra, the Museum of Arts and Crafts, instrument manufacturers such as Yamaha or Steinway & Sons.
