There is a small parking garage on Harvestehuder Weg, which is about 100 meters from the University of Music and Drama. There is no direct connection between the parking garage and the university building. You can reach the building on foot via a small climb.
Parking garage opening hours:
Monday - Friday: 7 am - 2 pm, Saturday and Sunday: 9 am - 2 pm
Parking is subject to a charge.
Rates: up to 4 hours: 3 euros, from 4 hours until closing time: 4 euros
Another parking garage is located in the Pöseldorf-Center within walking distance.

Like many other institutions, the HfMT is currently in a development phase.
We would like to make our event rooms accessible to everyone and will try to make your visit as pleasant as possible with the means available to us so far. Current information on accessibility at the HfMT
Admission to most of the concerts is free.
Registration
We recommend pre-registration for the free concerts that take place on the university premises. This is possible via eventbrite. You will find the link and further information directly at the respective event.
Box office
For events with admission, the box office opens 60 minutes before the performance.
Doors open 30 minutes before the start.
Discounts
For events at the Hamburg University of Music and Drama:
Discounts apply to pupils and students as well as those entitled under the German Social Code.
The following applies to external events:
Discounts are granted in accordance with the regulations of the cooperating event organizer.

Our events take place both in our venues and in the external venues of our cooperation partners. Here you can see a selection of the venues where events will take place in the future.
Other rooms (seminar rooms, practice and teaching rooms) can also be rented on request.
