Unthinkable: a celebration without music or exchange between the continents without culture!
In the middle of the 125th anniversary celebrations, the OAV, together with the Hamburg-based Asia Bridge Foundation, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary, is taking to the musical stage.
We are delighted to present the horse-headed violinist Jigjiddorj Nanzaddorj, whom we have invited from Mongolia for a concert in the JazzHall Hamburg.
The renowned musician and his three-piece ensemble on piano, bass and drums stand for an exciting fusion of traditional Mongolian music with the improvisational spirit of jazz.
This extraordinary evening presents a musical journey that combines the deeply rooted tradition of Mongolian music with the boundless creativity of jazz.
The event ends with drinks in the JazzHall park - with a view of the Outer Alster and inspired conversations.
