On the occasion of the commemoration day of the November pogroms, the Feminale dedicates its first fall edition to female composers who were persecuted by the Nazi regime and to Hamburg-born Fanny Hensel-Mendelssohn.

The Feminale is a student festival that promotes the visibility of female composers and has already been successfully held three times at the HfMT. We - the Feminale team - want everyone to get to know female composers, hear, play and sing their works and be inspired by them!
The fourth edition of the Feminale Music Festival will take place at the HfMT from 23 - 25.04.2026.
