A warm welcome to you!

On the way...
We would like to make our premises accessible to everyone.
With the means available to us so far, we will try to make your visit or stay at the HfMT as pleasant as possible. Whether as a visitor, student, member of staff or teacher, in virtual or real space: feel welcome!

The HfMT is currently in a development phase. The accessibility of our building is to be gradually improved. Until then, we want to provide as much information as possible about the current situation.

We have compiled some initial information about the accessibility of our rooms for you here. We will complete this step by step. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or feedback.

Function rooms

Outer Alster Campus

The Forum and the orchestra studio are barrier-free. The barrier-free access is located in our "backyard", from where you can enter the building via the stage entrance. The back courtyard (access via Milchstraße) is accessible via a barrier. There is a disabled parking space directly in front of it.
If you are planning to attend an event in a wheelchair, we recommend that you contact the event office in advance so that we can make arrangements for you and reserve a suitable space for you in the auditorium.

Campus Barmbek

The Small Stage, the Large Stage and the foyer in Campus Barmbek are barrier-free. Parking is available along the street in front of the building. The bus stop "Burmesterstraße" is in the immediate vicinity.
