Study preparation seminar
Sunday, 02/11/2024 10:00 - 18:00 HfMT, JazzHall

We cordially invite you to our “Come North” pre-college seminar weekend on February 10 and 11 at the Jazzhall of the University of Music and Drama.

The seminar weekend is designed to help you prepare for the entrance exam, discuss the jazz program with faculty and students, and make new connections in the world of jazz and in Hamburg, your future place of study. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to sign up individually for trial lessons. You can look forward to the following program highlights:
• Aptitude test in aural training and jazz theory
• The “Two Pillars” model in Hamburg—jazz and classical music in the entrance exam
• Individual appointments with faculty members
• Workshop and jam session with HfMT students
