Description

In the seminar, dynamic processes of group formation and group differentiation can be experienced with concrete examples of exercises, but also by reflecting on one's own group activities in the learning group. Theoretical input is always supplemented by personal experience and reflection. Topics include group climate, group norms, group roles (including that of the group leader), coordination and demarcation processes and much more. Students learn to recognize and classify group dynamic processes and to handle them appropriately with the help of music therapy methods, among other things. Students develop the ability to understand their own and others' experiences and behaviour in groups as part of an evolved, meaningful mental organization. They reflect on their own role in the context of group experiences, learn to understand group dynamic processes using examples of exercises and to handle them appropriately with the help of music therapy forms of work. Theoretical input enables reflection and theoretical classification of group phenomena and is supplemented by your own experiences and reflections
