About Norina Hirschi
Born in Switzerland in 2002, Norina Hirschi received her first piano lessons at the age of seven from Lilian Gisclon at the Zürcher Oberland Music School. After making her debut as a soloist with an orchestra at the age of 11, she began studying under the renowned Swiss pianist Oliver Schnyder in 2014. After graduating from high school with honors in 2021, she studied piano at the Zurich University of the Arts in the class of Prof. Hans-Jürg Strub. She completed her studies in Zurich with honors. In the fall of 2025, she joined Prof. Anna Vinnitskaya’s class at the University of Music and Drama (HfMT) in Hamburg, where she is pursuing a master’s degree. In 2014, she participated in the international music festival “The Faces of Modern Pianism” at the Mariinsky Concert Hall in St. Petersburg. By the age of 18, she had won ten international piano competitions in Russia, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, and Italy. Since 2018, Daria Podushko has been studying at the Hamburg University of Music and Drama with Prof. Anna Vinnitskaya. She also gained important artistic inspiration through master classes with Konstantin Lifschitz, Robert D. Levin, Michel Béroff, Pavel Gililov, Eliso Virsaladze, and Evgeni Koroliov.
