30 years ago, Loki Schmidt had the idea of opening the Hamburg Botanical Garden with concerts and readings. In the summer months, concerts and readings take place in the open air in the greenhouse, where up to 400 listeners listen to the performances of HfMT Hamburg students.

With its special atmosphere of flowers, plants and birdsong and excellent acoustics, the greenhouse is an exceptional concert venue for both sides.
