- Description
Is classical music only for concert halls? Why not bring it to places where it’s rarely heard? In this seminar, students develop creative concert formats for the HfMT’s partner schools and implement them directly on site. The focus is not just on making music, but on reimagining how classical music is presented and making it accessible to a diverse audience.
How do we reach young people who have little exposure to classical music? What concert formats can build bridges? And how do we create musical experiences that leave a lasting impact? The focus is on music education, outreach, education, and artistic initiative. The seminar combines conceptual
work with direct implementation: Participants step outside their artistic comfort zone, design interactive concert projects, and
test them with a live audience.- Literature
"The Concert I+II" (Martin Tröndle, transcript publishing house)
