- Description
In this two-semester program, students deal with central physical and psychosocial issues in their everyday lives as musicians. In addition to prevention and dealing with overstraining of the arms and neck, stage fright, stress management and other mental strains are covered. A structured theoretical introduction is followed by practical exercises under physiotherapeutic guidance so that what has been learned can be directly experienced and applied. The course runs over the winter and summer semesters and concludes with a practical oral examination. The aim is to sustainably strengthen personal resilience, presence and physical resilience for music-making. If you are interested, please register by e-mail to musik-gesundheit@hfmt-hamburg.de.
