Description

"Psychodynamic Movement" refers to a body-oriented approach in which movement is understood and used as an expression of inner psychological processes.
The aim of the subject is to train physical mobility and perception in such a way that the body can be used as a conscious means of expression in educational work. The focus is on the conscious perception and shaping of one's own (teacher's) body as well as the sensitive perception of the body of the students or the other person - with the aim of promoting empathy and understanding in the teaching process.

This sensitization is specifically trained through practical exercises and accompanying reflections.

In the winter semester 2025/26, the focus will be on the following topics:

Your own role and position within a group

the perception of emotions and affects in physical expression

training self-perception and the perception of others

In the summer semester 2026, more in-depth topics will be dealt with on this basis:

the conscious shaping of closeness and distance in teaching-learning relationships

the concept of the "safe place"

diversity-sensitive and, in particular, trauma-sensitive perspectives in educational work

Dealing with and shaping farewell processes in educational relationships

Literature

will be announced in the seminar
