Description

In this course, we will get to know and practice the basics of acting and improvisation in order to build up experiential knowledge. We will work with our bodies and voices in space, try out different approaches and methods (e.g. biographical theater, scores, performance), and delve into material development and scenic design. In addition to improvisation and acting practice, the aim is to develop a feeling for aesthetic forms and their effects. We will work in both small and large groups so that group and partner work can be practiced. In addition, we will reflect together on the exercises and aesthetic forms as well as mediation processes.
