Moving into Musical Improvisation
Through movement and relaxation exercises, we deepen our awareness of our own bodies. This altered bodily experience inspires us to move and to play with tempo, dynamics, and space. Drawing on this physical experience, we improvise on our instruments. Engaging scores invite us to improvise—solo, in duets, trios, or as a whole group. All instruments are welcome.- Credits
