Description

Objectives: Gain practical and theoretical insight into music education through examples; experience interactive and communicative processes; understand the structure of the bachelor’s program; learn about various career paths in the field of music performance.
Explore the key areas of sustainable success: practice & self-care
Structure: Plenary sessions: introductory and concluding sessions, as well as sessions highlighting the role of music education through the perspectives of university faculty, orchestral musicians/soloists, and freelance musicians, who discuss their own artistic development and the role of music education in their life stories.
Small-group sessions: To allow for a more practical focus, two additional areas of music education will be explored in smaller groups. Please select one session with Ms. Adrian and one block (2 sessions) with Ms. Bock.
