To facilitate the transition from functional movement to a more complex mode of consciousness during artistic practice and instrumental performance.
Furthermore, the focus is on the development of the musician’s own personality, based on the idea of making the body perceptive and thus being able to draw on a wide variety of perspectives for sound creation, as well as developing an individual repertoire of exercises and differentiated modes of consciousness.

Applied Kinesiology:
Observing and understanding bodily relationships, bodily connections, movement sequences, and posture based on living anatomy and the connection between breath and movement.


Body-Centered Experiences:
Sequences on perception, tension exploration—posture—balance—physical presence—physical-mental connections—movement coordination and isolation, discovery of one’s own range of expression, physically, with and without an instrument.

Integration of perceptual and physical techniques within Body Rhythm choreographies and movement improvisations for incorporation into individual movement patterns.

Transformation of self-image and improvement of neuromuscular pathways and coordination.

Music-centered experiences:
vocal, body-acoustic, and instrumental experiments and improvisations; rhythm and meter

Communication and interaction:
gesture, posture, and quality of movement, as well as
collaboration within the group as a chamber music experience/performance.
