In 2019, he was admitted to the Gulangyu Piano School at the Central Conservatory of Music in China. That same year, he won third prize (shared) in the children’s category at the “Lang Lang Shenzhen Futian International Piano Festival,” as well as the special prize for the best interpretation of a Chinese work. He has participated in numerous masterclasses, including those led by Vanessa Latarche, Manfred Fock, Antonio Pompa-Baldi, and Bernhard Goetzke. Since the 2026–27 winter semester, he has been studying piano at the Hamburg University of Music and Drama in Professor Mariya Yankova’s class.
Enlin Ni, born in 2004 in Guangdong, China, began taking piano lessons at the age of four with the Ukrainian music educator Vera Kozlova. In 2018, she moved to Germany and completed an international academic year at the Hamburg Conservatory as part of an exchange program. That same year, she began studying as a young student at the Hamburg University of Music and Drama under Mariya Yankova, with whom she further developed her musical skills. At the age of 16, she began her bachelor’s degree program. That same year, she was admitted to the master’s program, which had a significant influence on her artistic development. In 2021, she won First Prize at the Orbetello International Young Pianists Competition and was admitted to the finals in the Master’s Group. In 2023, she won Third Prize at the Kayserburg International Young Pianists Competition in the “Open-Professional” category in Germany, as well as Third Prize at the Schumann International Youth Piano Competition and the Alicante International Music Competition.
